One of the great many benefits of being a member of PortalFeeder is the marketing tools that are available. I posted reviews on each of the components on this blog.

The first piece is the Blog Feeder, which gives you access to some 500 webmasters and I think around 1400 blogs. What you do is post a piece of content, including a link or three back to your site, and select which blogs it goes to. This is very, very powerful, and I have gotten websites actually indexed by Google in a matter of hours from posting on the Blog Feeder.

The next piece is the “Article Feeder.” This is a great article exchange system, where you post an original article and it gets put on someone else’s site. You return the favor by hosting a relevant article on your own site. It’s all done automagically through PHP includes, and is super-simple to do.

The third component of Traffic Kahuna is the Link Exchange. This is what’s called an “n-way” linking system. Instead of a two-way system where you basically just exchange reciprocal links, you are linking to a site that does not directly link to yours. Site A links to Site B, which links to Site C, which links back to Site A. It can get more complicated, as there may be even more sites in that chain, but for every site you link to, you get a link back as well.

These three components make up what I think is the most powerful part of PortalFeeder. You know what, anyone can build websites, but they are worthless if there is no traffic.

Conventional wisdom says the best ways to get free traffic is by getting links back to your site that are relevant, voluntary, and from worthwhile sites. The Traffic Kahuna system gives you all that in a very easy-to-manage system.
